Scaling & Systems
Doing it twice without doing it twice.
Everything up to here taught you to make one piece well, for one client, and check it before it ships.
This module is about the second time. And the fortieth.
Scaling in this trade does not mean producing more content. It means the part of the job that repeats stops costing you the same amount of attention every time — so the attention goes to the parts that don't repeat, which is where your judgement is and where the money is.

2Why §3 matters beyond this module
Module 5.5 hands you a portfolio-builder Skill — six questions in, a finished website out. That pitch only means something if you know what a Skill is, why it's a folder with a text file in it rather than software, and that you could have written it yourself.
Read §3 before 5.5 and the portfolio builder stops being magic and becomes an example.
3The one idea
You already have systems. They're just stored in your head, and they leak.
Every recurring thing you do has a procedure. You re-derive it each time, slightly differently, and slightly worse when tired. Writing it down once is the entire content of this module — and a Skill is the version of writing it down that something else can also read.
4What this module is not
It is not a productivity system. No boards, no methodology, nothing to subscribe to.
It is not about doing more. Module 1 was clear that speed alone just makes a race you can't win faster. What a system buys is consistency at volume — the fortieth script being checked as carefully as the first, which is the thing that actually fails when a good creator gets busy.
