clients/sable-kitchenware/intake.mdexactly as the skill reads it# Brand voice & guardrails — Sable Kitchenware Form BV-01 · BV-01/SABLE · rev. C · updated 2026-08-11 ## BV-1. Brand identity - Wants to be mistaken for: Muji, Serious Eats, Patagonia - Never wants to sound like: a wellness cult, a crypto ad, a hotel breakfast menu - At a party: Answers the question you asked, then stops. Would rather say "we don't know yet" than fill the silence. Talks about the object, never about the lifestyle. Will happily tell you a competitor's pan is fine. ## BV-2. Audience & niche - Written for: Renters in their late twenties who cook four nights a week in a kitchen they can't renovate. They already own one pan they resent. Ten minutes before they see this they are deciding whether to cook or give up and order in. - Already believes (reinforce): That most kitchen marketing is aimed at people with an island and a Sunday afternoon, and that it isn't for them. - Believes (changing): That a better pan is an indulgence rather than the thing that decides whether they cook at all. ## BV-3. Guardrails - Barred claims: - non-stick forever - dishwasher safe (contract: hand wash only in all creative) - clinically proven / lab tested - any comparison naming a competitor product - Off-limits words: - game-changer - obsessed - literally - honestly - elevate - foodie - girl math - Disclosure (as told to us): Client requires a visible paid-partnership label on platform plus a spoken mention in the first three seconds. Confirmed by Priya over email, not in the contract. - Last confirmed: 2026-07-02 ## BV-4. Deliverable specifics - Format: Talking-head testimonial, hands in frame - Length: 18–25 seconds - Platform: TikTok + IG Reels, 9:16 - Revision rounds: 2 included, then hourly - Approval owner: Priya Raman, brand lead - Turnaround: 4 working days from approved brief

clients/sable-kitchenware/experience.mdexactly as the skill reads it# Sable 24cm skillet — what I actually did ## Day 0 — unboxing, notes taken at the time - Box: matte grey card, no plastic, magnetic flap closure - Sound on opening: card sliding, then one soft magnetic snap - First sight: pan face down, wrapped in grey tissue - First touch: colder than I expected. Also heavier than I expected. - Surprise: no instructions in the box at all. No branding anywhere on the pan. ## Weeks 1–4 — use - Before: supermarket own-brand pan, four years old, coating worn through in the centre. Bare patch, dead centre. - What changed: eggs released on the first try — cold pan, a smear of oil, no scraping. - Still not great: heavy. Awkward to lift one-handed when it's full. - Washing: hand wash only, per the client's contract. I have hand washed it. ## NOT RECORDED — do not claim these - How long it takes to heat. I never timed it. - Whether it still performs this way after heavier use. Four weeks is four weeks. - Anything about durability, coating longevity, or oven use. Never tested.
3Note on the NOT RECORDED block
That block is not decoration. It is the mechanism by which the skills can tell the difference between unsupported and false — and Run 02 shows it catching a claim the generator produced and its own self-check let through.
Every creator using these skills should keep one. It takes thirty seconds and it is the only part of the setup that reliably prevents a fabricated claim.
Your word for it — nothing is tracked automatically.
